Compliance with Mediation Act 2017

Under the Mediation Act 2017 all Mediators are required to detail their continuous professional development (or CPD) activity record.

Mediation CDP (prior two years):

  • April 2022 – 1 hour Sharing & Learning – Mediators experience & reflection.
  • March 2022 – 1 hour Sharing & Learning – Mediators experience & reflection.
  • Feb 2022 – 1 hour Sharing & Learning – Mediators experience & reflection.
  • Jan to Dec 2021 – Attended 9 hours Sharing & Learning Group – Mediators experience & reflection.
  • Jan to Dec 2021 – Presented 2 hours to Sharing & learning Group
  • Nov 2021 – Attended 3 hours training – MII Code of Ethics & Practice Training for Mediators
  • Jan to Dec 2020 – Attended 8 hours Sharing & Learning Group – Mediators experience & reflection.
  • Jan to Dec 2020 – Presented 1 hour to Sharing & learning Group
